About the Program
The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN) is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide undergraduate students with real-world work experience in a professional setting. As an intern, you’ll be a valued team member contributing to meaningful projects, while gaining exposure to Fidelity’s business operations and culture.

Internship Role
Operations interns play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Fidelity’s products and services. Responsibilities may include:

Eligibility Requirements

Current undergraduate or graduate student, returning to school after the internship.

Available for the entire 10-week program (June 1 – August 7, 2026).

Able to follow Fidelity’s hybrid work model (onsite every other week).

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
