About the Program

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN) is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide undergraduate students with real-world work experience in a professional setting. As an intern, you’ll be a valued team member contributing to meaningful projects, while gaining exposure to Fidelity’s business operations and culture.

The program focuses on learning, mentorship, and community, ensuring you gain not only technical skills but also the confidence and professional insight to prepare for your future career.

Internship Role

Operations interns play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Fidelity’s products and services. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting clients and business partners with customer service and transaction processing.

  • Gathering and analyzing data for reporting.

  • Assisting in operational functions across various business units, such as:

    • Client Experience

    • Healthcare Operations

    • Fund & Investment Operations

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student, returning to school after the internship.

  • Available for the entire 10-week program (June 1 – August 7, 2026).

  • Able to follow Fidelity’s hybrid work model (onsite every other week).

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $20 – $32 per hour, based on experience, responsibilities, and location.
